1. Who we are

Cosmic Heroes ("we", "us", "our") designs and sells premium plush collectibles. Contact us any time at support@cosmicheroes.shop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. Purchases made on behalf of a minor are your responsibility.

3. Products & pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We do our best to describe our products accurately, but colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from images shown on the site.

4. Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms are described on our Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.

6. Returns & exchanges

All sales are final. Exchanges for a different hero are available within 10 business days of purchase — see our Return Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Cosmic Heroes name, logos, character designs, artwork, and photography — is owned by or licensed to Cosmic Heroes and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any of it without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, or use it to violate any law.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Heroes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept the new version.
